Focus and Scope

The ABAC ODI Journal Vision. Action. Outcome is an international publication of the Organization Development  Institute of the Graduate School of Business and Advanced Techonology Management,  Assumption University of Thailand.

 Aim:  The ABAC ODI Journal Vision. Action. Outcome aims to be an international  knowledge sharing   hub of  scholarly contributions of researchers on academic information ,inquiry ,  research ,  updates  as well as  best practices in the interdisciplinary field of Organization Development  and Management. 

 Scope:  The journal focuses on research and academic articles on various fields and applications related to  Organization Development, ranging from action research based works , consulting projects  , coaching and mentoring practices , positive change initiatives,  whole brain based OD work,  emerging OD models, leadership , management and  organizational culture  to other topics related to organizational change at the individual, team, organization , community and national levels. .

Initial Screening and Peer Review Process**

All submitted articles are subject to initial screening by the editorial board for the quality of submissions. Authors will be advised about the editorial board decision. This takes at least 15 working days from date of submission. Revisions may be requested by the editorial board before it is approved for  the blind peer review process . 

** All  manuscripts submitted in the system  by 1st June  2022  and  have passed the  editorial initial screening requirements  will then be sent for blind peer review by three (3) experts in the field covered by the article. The identiities of the authors are concealed  from the peer reviewers  and vice versa . The blind peer review process conducted by three (3 ) peer reviwers   takes at least 6-8 weeks from start. 

The Letters of Acceptance are issue after the revisions made by the author is approved by the peer reviewers and editorial board, and payment of publication fees. 

 The publication is owned by the Organization Development Institute, Graduate School of Business and Advanced Technology Management, Assumption University , Thailand.
