Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.

The detail of the main document is briefly guided per followings:
1. Set default tab stops at 0.2 inches (0.5 cm) left for each paragraph throughout the entire document.
2. Use letter size (8.5 x 11 inches, no A4 size), employ single line spacing, and justify alignment.
3. Configure the document in two columns, portrait orientation, with top and bottom margins set at 1-inch, left margin at 0.8 inches, and right margin at 0.75 inches.
4. A manuscript title must be up to 12 words with Times New Roman, 16 pt, bold
5. For headings and subheadings, use Times New Roman, bold, and a font size of 12. The main text should be in Times New Roman, with a font size of 10, and tables should use Times New Roman at a font size of 8.
6. No footnotes; however, endnotes are acceptable.
7. The abstract should be within the range of 197 to 203 words.
8. Provide a maximum of 5 keywords, separated by commas (,).
9. Submissions to The Scholar: Human Sciences may include a maximum of eight (8) tables, figures, or appendixes collectively.
10. Please write your text in good English (American or British usage is accepted, but not a mixture of these)
11. Manuscripts have no specified maximum length, but authors are encouraged to be concise and maintain a length between 5,000 and 8,000 words. Full papers should not exceed 12 pages in the final print or a total of 9,000 words, inclusive of all content.
12. Tables and Figures: Number tables consecutively in accordance with their appearance in the text. Avoid vertical rules. Tables must be adjustable. Be sparing in the use of tables and ensure that the data presented in tables do not duplicate results described elsewhere in the article. A paper in The Scholar: Human Sciences from now on may include a maximum of eight (8) tables and figures in total.
13. Authors are required to adhere to the APA 7th edition for citation and reference style. - The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
- If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
- Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
