Abstract

This research focuses on the development of a non-formal education program based on self-directed learning and participatory learning approaches to enhance reading habits of distance learning non-formal education students. This research is conducted based on self-directed learning and participatory learning by using the principle of program development by Boone that consists of 3 components: 1. Planning, 2. Design and implementation and, 3. Evaluation and accountability.
