Abstract

This study was aimed to develop the non-formal education activities model based on David C. McClelland and Neo-Humanist model to enhance achievement motivation, self-concept, and increasing non-formal education learners‘ English achievement scores. Independent samples t-test was conducted to compare the result of achievement motivation, self-concept, and English achievement scores between the experimental group and the control group. Multiple regressions were used to pinpoint the best predictors. In addition, this study indicated the factors and the conditions of the implementation of the non-formal education activities model.
