Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to develop a work performance enhancement model for lifelong learning for non-formal and informal education volunteers. It is hoped that the research aspects and findings will be beneficial, practical, and effective for those involved in enhancing the lifelong learning work performance of various non-formal and informal education volunteers, as well as for those who are interested in conducting further research studies on this particular subject.
