“Day of Grace” and “Extention of Time” in Bills Payment: Are they the same?

Abstract

The application of the word “Day of Grace” in Section 903 and “”in Section 948 can be understood by general interpretation. The problem is whether they have the same meaning. Law prohibits a person to give days of grace according to Section 903. This is the result of using the source of law from the different legal system.
