การทำแท้งกับกฎแห่งกรรมตามหลักพุทธศาสนาและกฎหมาย
Abstract
World population has tremendously increased while the amount of natural resources including food is limited. Various countries all over the world have adopted measures for family planning. The problem of unexpected pregnancy has also increased therefore abortion is an important issue in of every country. Some countries have enacted laws to prohibit abortion while other countries have allowed free abortion. This article will discuss various aspects of law and Buddhism in regard to abortion e.g. the maternal ownership of a fetus in a womb. Abortion may be allowed in certain circumstances by law while it is totally disallowed in all circumstances by religious rules. If such religious rules were violated, the spirit of those participated in such violation shall be in hell after death. On the other hand, if a pregnant woman decided not to have an abortion but instead raise her child, she will be blessed and her spirit shall go to heaven after death. Unlike other articles, on Buddhism, heaven, hell, and appropriate practices of those who have become mothers, this article is in favour of pro - live law in every aspect.Downloads
