บทบรรณาธิการ

วารสารฉบับนี้เป็นวารสารปีที่ 12 ฉบับที่ 2 ของปี 2564 ทางกองบรรณาธิการทุกท่านมีความตั้งใจที่จะนำเสนอบทความทางวิชาการด้านกฎหมาย ซึ่งบทความที่นำลงตีพิมครั้งนี้เป็นบทความกฎหมายหลากหลายสาขาทั้งทางด้านกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศ กฎหมายมหาชน กฎหมายประกันภัย ประกอบไปด้วยบทความเชิญสามบทความ จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิภายในสองท่านและภายนอกสามท่าน ได้แก่ บทวิเคราะห์เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายมหาชน ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายกีฬาระหว่างประเทศ และกฎหมายประกันภัย นอกจากนี้เป็นบทความจากผู้เขียนภายนอกซึ่งเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายรัฐธรรมนูญอีกสองบทความ และเป็นครั้งแรกที่ทางวารสารได้เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีของคณะนิติศาสตร์ โทมัสอไควนัส มหาวิทยาลัยอัสสัมชัญ ได้เขียนบทความและบทสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิลงในวารสารฉบับนี้ ทั้งนี้ทุกบทความได้ผ่านการประเมินจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในแต่ละด้าน กองบรรณาธิการขอถือโอกาสนี้ขอบคุณผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทุกท่านที่ได้กรุณาประเมินบทความที่ตีพิมพ์ในวารสารฉบับนี้ และขอขอบคุณผู้เขียนที่ส่งบทความมาให้พิจารณาตีพิมพ์อีกครั้ง
หวังว่าทุกบทความจะมีประโยชน์ในทางวิชาการต่อผู้อ่านทุกท่าน

Editorial Notes
This volume is Assumption University Law Journal (AULJ) is Volume 12 No.2 of 2021. Our editorial team proudly presents good quality of law articles. This volume contains articles in several areas of law: international law, public law, and insurance law. There are 3 invited articles from two internal experts and three external experts which are; The analysis on public law, Problems on International Sports law and Insurance law. In addition, two articles from external concerning constitutional law. Lastly, the first time ever of our journal that giving chance to the undergraduate students from Thomas Aquinas School of Law Assumption University to publish their article and interview of the law experts in this volume. Every article has been evaluated by editorial board members from various fields of experts. We hope every article would add academic benefit to all readers. Please, enjoy your reading.
