Key Enablers for Sustainable Development of Career Development and Motivation to Enrich Job Satisfaction in European Logistics Industry

Abstract
Purpose: This study aims to explore the perspectives from employee of key enablers for sustainable development of career development and motivation to enrich job satisfaction in European logistics industry.
Research design, data and methodology: This study employs qualitative approach using 3-4 open-ended questions for interviewing with 15 key informants whereby the inter-coding content analysis is used for coding and categorizing emerging themes.
Results and conclusions: The findings showed six emerged themes for sustain development of career development and motivation to enhance job satisfaction in the logistics industry and the researcher presented the proposed model in data analysis. Finally, the three experts approved the sustainability action plan, and the researcher arranged to observe and discuss the implementation of the sustainability action plan.
