Abstract
The study lays particular emphasis on the process of Action Research and Knowledge Management model. The findings indicate that faculty members and students have a higher level of job and learning satisfaction and motivation after the action. The data from this research confirms that the findings of most international research relates to Thai contexts. Therefore, the study can be considered as a pioneer study in understanding the implementation of KM as ODI in a higher education organization in Thailand. Moreover, this study was timely in that its advice might provide both great opportunity in organization development and identify best practices that were generated by conducting KM in organization for all educational administrators. This study proved that any organizational development does not need to debut in a large firm or organization, so many knowledge and innovation can be gathered as an explicit body of knowledge as an output of implementing KM in the organization.
